Steps to reproduce:

Sometime I access some website and browser loaded forever.
Until I press reload button, the website is loaded normally.

Actual results:

Website take forever to load but internet connection is normal

Expected results:

Website is loaded normally

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Networking' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
