Steps to reproduce

Expected result

In Safari, I navigate to https://member.dashplatform.com/#/online/kraken/programs/level/121?facility_ids=1&

Actual result

In my Firefox profile, I navigate to https://member.dashplatform.com/#/, which displays a blank page. When I use a fresh Firefox profile, I don't see this issue. I also don't see the issue in my work profile using Nightly v96.0a1.

Is this issue worth identifying the root cause of? If not, we can close. I'm concerned that I won't be the only user seeing issues like these. I tried disabling ETP, Privacy Badger, and HTTPSEverywhere within the add-ons but I still see the issue (my work profile that has those two extensions can load the page though).

I'm in FF v94.0.1 on macOS 11.6.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Startup and Profile System' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Startup and Profile System
Product: Firefox → Toolkit

This doesn't seem like a start up issue or one with the profile system – just with a specific Firefox setting I may have set – so I'm going to revert this.

Component: Startup and Profile System → Untriaged
Product: Toolkit → Firefox
Component: Untriaged → Desktop
Product: Firefox → Web Compatibility

We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue. Following the steps to reproduce, I am redirected to the correct page.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 98.0a1 (2022-01-31) (64-bit)
Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6

Reporter, could please try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about: config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

I can no longer reproduce the issue on the profile I originally reproduced this issue on.
