User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 11; SM-A705FN) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/95.0.4638.74 Mobile Safari/537.36
Firefox for Android

Steps to reproduce:

Try to access bugzilla.
A password reset is issued on mobile.

Actual results:

Tried to enter a password that seems good. Type the same thing twice.
Some stupid regex finds the password not good enough.

Expected results:

Stop checking passwords with regex. The algorithm has no idea what is a good password.
The lengthy password typing on mobile is enough pain, stop bugging the visitors with not strong enough password messages. The lack of mobile usability of bugzilla is enough for a bug... it's 2021, all sites have to be mobile friendly.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
