The AddonManager telemetry events already collected for the other extension types would be already be collected also for the new sitepermission addon type, but they addon type recorded in those events would be set to "other".

This issue is tracking the small changes needed to explicitly account for the new addon type, and set "sitepermission" as the addon type for these telemetry events.
