17414 - Sending intl web page from browser gives a string error

When sending a page from browser (File|Send page) a get a string error and
the message comes with the link only (not displayed in-line), i have to click on
the link to see the page i sent(it doesn't happen with us pages sent out
Steps to reproduce:
-go to http://www.yahoo.com;
-on the bottom of the page choose a link to International Yahoo (Fr, Es...);
-click on the link to go there;
-now check View|Chars set|ISO Latin1
-go File|Send page and after filling out the "To" field send the page;
//now notice the error that you get;
2)OK'ey the error and get your message:
//note: there is only link in the message body, you have to click on it for the
page to appear (us yahoo.com) comes with the page displayed in-line)

I did the with my Mac and it works fine. But I have FCC turn off () When I set FCC to my inbox/sent folder, I get
another error than yours. I get NS_ERROR_INVALID_POINTER and you get NS_ERROR_FAILURE (I have just translated
those magic string ID). Those errors are so generic that I don't know yet what the real problem is.

Marina, could you give me the content of the console (the dos window). Thanks

As I cannot reproduce this problem myself, I will need to debug on Marina PC. Until then, I move it to M12
