We definitely need some unit tests some day for checking expected behavior of consumable ProcessedMediaTracks. That they produce the right amount frames given a certain input in various modes (matching the conditions here to start). That they end at the right time.

We need add some tests to verify the ProcessedMediaTracks's mSegment ends at the right time after ProcessInput to avoid some bug like bug 1740827
