Overview Description:
In the code I will attach, I have created a table with a THead, later I use the
deleteTHead(); method to delete it, but the THead is still there.
Steps to Reproduce:
- see the attached file.

nsHTMLTableElement::DeleteTHead calls nsHTMLTableElement::GetTHead which, as
described in bug #9213, fails to find the actual THEAD element because it's
comparing text in different cases.
(Also, already has testcase.)

Fixed on 1/18/2000. Jan, the original test has bugs in it. For one, it's
oTable.tHead and not oTable.THead (not the casing difference). The fixed test
case is attached below.
