Steps to reproduce:

after planning calendar I do to invite partecipants

Actual results:

The app do not send invitation to the partecipants

Expected results:

To send and receive invitation

how did you add the the participants?
I noticed the same behavior when I used an address list. No invitations were send.

When I added the participants one by one the invitations were send.
