As per web-bug#47666.
We previously shipped an intervention in v17 with bug 1673937, but then removed it again in v19 because it was fixed (see bug 1685494). Now, it's back again, so... let's ship it once again!

PR merged. As shipping will happen in bug 1720143, I will close this as fixed - that makes it easier to spot the things that still need to be done.
