Steps to reproduce:
When getting new messages, the "new message" popup does not show completely.
Actual results:
Popup only shows upper half
Expected results:
Popup should be seen completely

Nothing is covering it, it just does not come up all the way.
Using Windows 10 20H2 with TB 91.3.1 with BenQ 1440p monitor, scaling 100%.
Steps to reproduce: just get new messages, you need to enable the popup feature if it is deactivated.
