Occasionally bookmarks contained in bookmark folders in the Bookmarks Toolbar
become inactive. Quitting and relaunching Chimera usually corrects this, but not
always. At first I thought that this was caused by clicking on a new bookmark
while a page from another was in the process of loading, but now I am not sure.
This also seems to happen from time to time for no apparent reason.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on a bookmark contained in a folder on the toolbar to load a page.
2.Click on another, with or without hitting the "stop" button first.
3.Scroll down a toolbar folder to open a link.

Actual Results:  
No link reaction

Expected Results:  
This remains a mystery to me! :)

Reporter, can you still reproduce this problem using a current nightly build?

resolving WFM... i've had no such problems and reporter hasn't responded in 3
months.

reporter, if you're still seeing this please retest with a current build and
provide details in a comment in this bug before reopening.
