Thanks for the report. I'm not sure why this wasn't breaking for me on a local build, but I see this in the console:
Uncaught (in promise) Error: a.localeCompare is not a function
I'll submit a patch to fix this when I'm back at my office in a few hours.

Well, this was a little mis-merge on my part (patch incoming). It shows how much the testing story for about:compat needs to improve.

I have reproduced this issue using Firefox 96.0a1 (2021.11.21) on Win 10 x64.
I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using Firefox 96.0b10 on Win 10 x64, macOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 20.04 x64.
