User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0

Steps to reproduce:

I'm using Windows 11 convertible laptop.
When I flip my tablet, its toolbar density should be set to 'touch' since I checked 'use touch for tablet mode'.

Actual results:

Nothing happens. Toolbar density sticks as normal.

Expected results:

It should be converted to touch density.

The issue seems to be reproducible on my end as well, using a Dell XPS with touch screen with Win 11. The toolbar density stays to normal, when switching to tablet mode, on Nightly from 2021-11-21. The bug doesn't seem to be a regression, at least in my case, I was also able to see this behavior on Firefox 60.0.
