We'd like to modify the cert-revocations collection so that it includes more metadata about which certificates are covered by a CRLite filter.

I've attached a patch for kinto.prod.yaml. It should add an optional list of [string, int, int] triples called coverage to records in cert-revocations. (Please check that I've specified this correctly.)

This coverage list will only be present on records for full filters, i.e. when "incremental" is false. I expect the list to be about 2.5 kB, and a new list will be published roughly once every 10 days.
