notice favicon loads in URL bar
hit accel-l
type 'foo'
notice favicon is reset to default, and shaded
hit escape. URL text is changed back to current location. Favicon stays at
default, but unshades

Favicon should return to the proper icon for the site.
dupe of "favicon not loaded after pressing esc in the urlbar"
