Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Type "dogs" in URL bar. Press Enter. (error message given) 2. Click in URL bar. Press down arrow to 'search for "dogs"'. Press Enter. Actual Results: Error again. Expected Results: This should work the second time.
