Steps to reproduce:
In Thunderbird I have 3 Apple Caldav calendars linked to the same user, e.g. calendar A,B,C. Tried to update one event changing from Caldav A to B.
Actual results:
I had MODIFICATION_FAILED error. From that moment on, all the Caldav calendars are accessible in Read only mode only. If I open a calendar properties after the update tentative, I can see that it is in read only mode. If I unsubscribe and I try to define it back, I have noticed that it does not ask the password for accessing the Caldav like it did the very first time I have subscribed the Caldav calendar
Expected results:
If I try to update any calendar always have the same error: An error occurred when writing to the calendar EVBS! Please see below for more information: MODIFICATION_FAILED. Please kindly note that if I try to access the same calendars from Evolution I can update them.

For some reason, while Evolution was pointing at the Caldav calendar link to update the calendar (https://pXX-caldav.icloud.com/....), Thunderbird was pointing at the read only link (webcal://pXX-caldav.icloud.com/published...)
Hints: in Evolution the "find" command when selecting the Caldav calendar works and it tells you the complete link to be used in read/update, while thunderbird "find" command doesn't.

Changing the correct link to apple caldav link solves the issue. Bug can be closed.
