I also added our dark button/highlight colours to be consistent with our other in-content pages.
What do you think, should we add this scheme to other pages? If yes, which?

I think we should add this tag to all our about:pages in which we support dark/light mode. Account setup, account provisioner, and the new address book are those that first come to mind.
