Steps to reproduce:
Uninstalled Thunderbird because of an unrelated problem.
Made sure every Thunderbird folder on the C drive was removed.
Installed the newest version from the website (Windows 64 bit).
Added 3 email accounts (2 private server, 1 Gmail) and pointed to save messages in the Local folders.
In account settings I pointed to the local folder where the messages are stored.
Restarted Thunderbird.
All messages and folders are shown.
EVERY message in EVERY folder is marked "this is a draft message" in the header pane of the message.
Changed the folder to save the drafts in for every account, checked in the configuration editor is the settings were OK, but still every message in every folder is marked as a draft message.
I started in safe mode : same issue.
Actual results:
EVERY message in EVERY folder is marked "this is a draft message" in the header pane of the message.
Expected results:
EVERY message in EVERY folder is NOT marked "this is a draft message" in the header pane of the message, except for messages in the drafts folder.

Every account can also have multiple identities... check each identity as well.
