In Thunderbird 95.0b4 (64-bit) and possibly few earlier version, I have noticed that sometime to time, drag and dropping collapsed email thread from Message List view to a Folder do no always get transferred entirely: only one email instead of the entire thread.
It seems to mainly starts to happen when Keep Filter and Quick Filter are applied and navigating between folders... but not always... haven't found a way to reproduce at will, it just keep happening randomly sometime to time...

That does not fix the problem... that I did encountered today in TB 91.4.0 (64-bit) as well.
I enter a keyword in Quick Filter, press and unpress some buttons to search by Body,Subject and navigate into Folders... with the Keep filters applied option...
When dragging the conversation not all the conversation is moved to the folder...
If I clear the Quick Filter search criteria and drag/drop the conversation (still selected) it works fine. The all conversation is moved to the folder.
So I doubt the problem is related to .msf file itself but to the re-indexing of emails in the view perhaps or else issue when QuickFilter is enabled in a certain way... I haven't found the exact combination of steps to reproduce the issue at will... it just seems to happen randomly or in certain circumstances to reveal yet...

still seeign this when using beta?
I think it is still present in 102.0b8 (64-bit) but don't know for sure yet. Strange things happening when drag/dropping emails into folders not always appearing right away in destination folder... IMAP in online mode...
