As per https://make.wordpress.org/systems/2021/11/25/remove-user-agent-blocking-for-firefox-100-chrome-100-0/ and per internal chats, it looks like some wordpress-internal services do not like the Version 100 User-Agent yet. Let's override them back down to 96 for now.
