On this phabricator revision, the Source Code Analysis never completed -- now "running" for over 3 days.

I wonder if this isn't the same problem as https://github.com/mozilla/code-review/pull/974.

Did this still reoccur? In general for this kind of issues the repro rate is pretty low.
