Expected:
The design for Welcome 11 is responsive and the CTA always displays above the fold.
Observed:
CTA was below the fold in a window with inner dimensions of 1532x982 (i.e. Firefox near full screen on a 2560x1440 display)
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox 95
- Adjust the Firefox window size so the inner window resolution is > 1312px width and < 1000 height or < 1312 width and < 900 height.
- Navigate to the Welcome 11 page. (order of 2 and 3 is reversible)

I think it would be worth rewording the title of this bug, as it does not strictly relate to the responsiveness of the page (the page is responsive and looks well defined at the size you specify). The reported issue seems to be that the CTA button is "below the fold", is that right?
Fair point. Updated.

Thank you for filing this. In cases where click through rate is our primary goal, optimisations like this may be worth some consideration. For paid products like VPN, where monetary subscriptions are the thing we are ultimately asking users to consider making, adding a little more context and "friction" is OK I think. If people are really interested in Mozila VPN as a product, then the hope is they will read the page - and scrolling is really not a problem. We have run pages like this in the past, and "the fold" has really not proved to be much of a factor in performance.
