In a couple of different situations, I'm seeing what looks like a simple
text page which is not diplaying properly in Mozilla.  Text which should
display on consecutive lines appears overwritten on itself -- like a
legacy app that's throwing carriege returns and no line feeds.  I always
have the problem when viewing the call detail on my AT&T phone bill and
wrote it off to unfriendly browser behavior in their app that generates
the JavaScript. But when I saw the same thing in a pretty simple page of
text on this web site (http://www.premierh2o.com/maintenance.html) I decided
I had a simple, reproducible example of the problem the might help.  If I
view the same page in IE, it displays as an "index" page of links which
expand into paragraphs of text when I click on them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. paste the URL http://www.premierh2o.com/maintenance.html into Mozilla

Actual Results:  
page of text-on-top-of-text appears

Expected Results:  
it should be displayed as an index page of links which display
consecutive paragraphs of text when the links are clicked

the "text overwritten" thing is because of CSS - postition:absolute on the the
DIV classes. If you remove those lines, it renders.. but probably not as
intended, suspect bad JS code.

Might be invalid.. summary is at least not correct. hm.

The AT&T phone bill problem is a bug in the AT&T page -- we have a bug logged on
them.

The layout of http://www.premierh2o.com/maintenance.html is exactly correct
given their CSS; unfortunately a bug in IE makes it show the site differently....

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
