174383 - Black bars appearing in tables

When browsing http://www.kdevelop.org/ I see black bars about 5-10 pixels high
just inside the table elements.  If I scroll down the page and back up the bar
vanish.  On my machine the bars appear everytime I load the main page.

I updated to 2002101412 and this is still an issue.  When I reload the page, I
see a black bar on the very top of the page, and sometime in the tables.  

After trying to reproduce it for a screenshot I found something interesting.  If
the browser window is small ( less then 1/2 the size of the screen ) then the
problem doesn't occur and repainting is very fast. If the window is large the
window takes a long time to repaint, and the black bars start appearing.  I will
attach two screenshots.

The first picture I had was too big to be uploaded.  It was jpg and just a bit
over 300kb.

I updated to the nightly build "Gecko/20021201" and the black bars are still
appearing in the tables for me.  As described in comment 3 a second problem is
that rendering of the page becomes much much slower when the browser window
approaches full screen on my machine.  When the rendering slows down is when the
black bars appear.  I'm running win 2000, screen resolution 1600x1200, 32 bit
color, on a NVidia Riva TNT card.  My machine is a 500mhz so maybe this is a
problem that only affects slower machines.

the web page looks fine on linux and winxp machines with the latest builds. Also, 
http://www.kdevelop.org seems to have changed slightly (when i compare the
cuurrent page with that of the image provided)
