As webrender is default in our browsers, we should cleanup redundant references to webrender in our taskgraph and various parameters.

This bug will not be used for cleaning up task labels.

looking in searchfox, there are many references:

Most if not all of these need to be removed/adjusted.

and then we need to adjust .ini manifests to remove references to skip-if = webrender.

thanks for backing this out- this got caught up in a failed rebase and I didn't examine the diff prior to lando- I have cleaned up the accidental stuff and verified the diff prior to lando.
