Steps to reproduce:

The Drafts folder was created under 0 Local Folders.
When I write a new e-mail, I get the message

My test starts in the log file

with composing a new e-mail and selecting the address

The error message appeared after I wrote this line:
I noticed something earlier. When I tried to close an email that had not yet been sent, the error occurred.

The log file is not encrypted.
Please correct the property "security".

I have marked the log file to be private, meaning only a small number of security folks can see the file contents.

Is there anything in your text of comment 0 you want to be private?

As a precaution I changed all names and addresses by searching and replacing.
Actually, no more private information should be available.
In comment 0 I don't want to keep anything private.

How can I also add a PDF file, above via Attach New File?

Too little information. As far as I understand when writing a new message in an IMAP account the message cannot be saved (automatically or manually, too ?) as draft in the account.
I've seen this happen sometimes in IMAP accounts in Thunderbird which generally proposes to save the draft in a folder created ad hoc in Local Folders.
I don't understand what "0 Local Folders" means. Did Ich-Bins rename his "Lokale Ordner" to "0 Lokale Ordner" for any purpose ?

I have no answer or solution.
This issue recently has been subject of a discussion in the German "Thunderbird Mail DE" forum https://www.thunderbird-mail.de/forum/thread/87493-mail-k%C3%B6nnen-nicht-zwischen-gespeichert-werden/?postID=481136#post481136

I'm currently working for this forum and would be ready to help via a remote maintenance session.

The problem has not recurred for several weeks.
I haven't changed anything in the configuration. Maybe a TB update fixed the problem.
