When we introduced the new case type, the size of the custom CA Owner Name field got set to 80 characters. Please change it to 255 characters.



Field size of "CA Owner Name" on Case has been increased to 255 characters in sandbox as well as production org.

The CA who reported this problem has confirmed it has been fixed in production. Thanks!
