The whole page (and others in the section) are shifted down almost a whole
screens height. They render as intended (not standards complient though?) in IE.

1. Go to the website.

3. See non standards complient page!

Confirmed in build 2002101612 PC/Win98.
It appears to be caused by all the STYLE and SCRIPT tags that are at the top of
the document, outside of the HTML tags.
