When printing a calendar, Print button on final dialog box does not process request.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Displayed monthly view of calendar.
  2. Performed File/Print
  3. Print Preview was displayed.
  4. Set preferences on first dialog box and press NEXT button.
  5. Chose printer from dropdown and press PRINT button.

Actual results:

After PRINT button was pressed, dialog box does not disappear and no action is performed.
If a printer was selected, no document was sent to printer queue. I tried 2 different printers that work fine when printing an email from the inbox.
If "Save to PDF" is selected, no Save dialog box is displayed.
Regardless of the request, the only way out of the Print dialog box is to press CANCEL.

Expected results:

If a printer was selected, the document should have gone to the printer's print queue and the Print dialog box should go away.
If "Save to PDF" was selected, the Save dialog box should have been displayed to allow the user to specify the filename to save the document to. Then the Print dialog box should go away.
