User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:94.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/94.0
Steps to reproduce:
Visited YouTube. Played a video. Went full screen.
Actual results:
Sometimes, the URL shows at the bottom of the screen - and shifts position when I move the pointed over it.
Expected results:
No URL obstructing the view.
I expect that there is an existing bug report. However, Bugzilla's (seemingly poor) search facilities did not help me to find an extant report.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

nicholasjoll: can you provide a screenshot to better understand what exactly you're seeing?

Partial screenshot, of Firefox ESR 91.4.1, on Windows 10.

Hello. Sorry for the slow response: the problem is intermittent. Indeed I discover that sometimes - or on some combination of versions of Firefox and/or some operating systems - the symptoms vary. For, sometimes - only on Linux? and/or on a recent version of Firefox? - the tooltip gets stuck at the bottom left of the screen (until one moves the pointer over it, at which point the tooltip moves elsewhere). I found just now, on Firefox ESR on Windows, that the tooltip appears at a seemingly random place, hangs around for a while, and then disappears. I attach a screenshot of that latter behaviour.

It doesn't look like a media bug, but not sure where the best component is for this one, move to gfx text first.

Please add the 'Windows' tag. For, I find that, as my screenshot above shows, the problem affects Windows too.
