Hiya,
I am unable to upload any document onto the web for example google drive, twitter and discourse via firefox.
Is there any way you can help ?

It's a bit complicate to help you with just the symptoms, but my suspect would be some kind of problem either in a profile setting, or due to an add-on.
The first thing I would try is Troubleshoot Mode, that will start Firefox is a "cleaner" way, with add-ons and some particular settings disabled. This should give us an idea on whether it's due to one of those:

If this solves the problem, you can either try to disable your add-ons one by one until you find the culprit, or more easily evaluate a Firefox Refresh:

If at that point the problem is not solved yet, I'd request you to please attach (using the Attach New File button above here) a textual log from the about:support page in Firefox, that will give us initial troubleshooting information to be able to ask you more relevant questions.

Hillary: I'm a little confused - was restarting in troubleshoot mode enough to make the uploads work also outside of troubleshoot mode? If uploading still doesn't work apart from in troubleshoot mode, can you provide the details from about:support (Help > More Troubleshooting Information, then click the "copy raw data" button and attach to this bug here).

Troubleshoot mode is a temporary solution, if it works it means some setting or add-on is causing your troubles, thus it would be interesting for us to know what it is exactly. And you'll need as long term solution (even if that means removing or replacing the add-on)
Hey,
So the original one worked for a bit but the stopped working and I had to repeat the options you showed me. I have now stopped using most of the add-ons I used to use.
I am not to sure which one was the culprit. But if it happens again, I could assess and let you know ?
