I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 97.0a1 (Build ID: 20211207155117) on macOS 11.6.1, Linux MX-21, and Windows 10 x64 and I can confirm the following:

• The first screen headline for update-colorway spotlight is “Life in color”.
• The headline from the Themes slide from the "about:welcome" page is "Life in color".
