Description

Using oct14 commercial trunk

Minor thing, but ... the "and the" boolean text added before criteria lines in
both Search Messages and Filter Rules will overlap into the criteria dropdown if
width is resized smaller. I first noticed this on my linux box where the font
is fairly big and the default launch size of the dialog hit the condition.

An overrun happens in Classic theme, but when using Modern, the text gets really
close to the dropdown border. We might generally want to always have a certain
buffer to prevent overlap.

Steps:
1. Open Search Messages in classic theme.
2. Select radio button "Match all of the following" (AND).
3. Click on the More button a couple times to add a few criteria lines.
4. Resize the window smaller, decreasing width.

Result: at a certain point, boolean text will overlap a bit into the criteria
dropdown (Classic) or will be flush against the dropdown (Modern).

Modern on the Mac overlaps quite a bit, whereas the other systems seemed to stop
at flush against the dropdown in Modern.
