Steps to reproduce:

Nothing / Moving the Mouse. For more Info see the about.config.txt (attachment).

Actual results:

Tabbar / Toolbar is flickering and the Tabs have sometimes Artifacts, seems like a graphical issue.

Expected results:

No Flickering / No Artifacts.

Could you please check if the flickering/artifacts also happen with hardware acceleration disabled?
Go to about:preferences > performance > uncheck "Use recommended performance settings" > uncheck "use hardware acceleration when available"

Thank you. With deactivated hardware acceleration it seems to work. But I never had this problem before, so I am just wondering why this is happening to firefox / this computer (I don't have this problem with other browsers).

I have the same problem on Linux environment.
Bug with deactivated hardware acceleration it doesn't seem to work.
