Steps to reproduce:

Linux, firefox nightly

why is my title bar pink?

Actual results:

i started up - why is it pink!?!?!

Expected results:

i never set it to pink!!!!

(but seriously, why is it pink?)

That's the "Foto — Soft" theme from about:addons > Themes.
Do you have enabled it by accident?

I certainly never enabled it. It wasn't this way last night.
