Do you just access to view the GA console for that property, or do you also need access to revise/modify web instrumentation [:julienw]?

I'm not sure to understand what this means :-) does that meean changing the id we use in the app?

Generally, I'm asking what your use cases are for GA. If it's for surface-level analysis on traffic and where it comes from, then you should be good to go.
