The task is to write a general guide on how to write tests for address bar and where to find helpful testing modules for address bar.

I expressed the need for this documentation as we don't currently have a Testing section for address bar. I think this will be helpful for a new contributor on how to get started writing a test and which Test Utils may be helpful.
