Unfortunately, they are very hard to spot (and point to with a mouse) on the standard page display, but OTOH are very easy to list on the "media" tab of the "Page info" dialog. So I suggest that this tab/dialog receives a "block images from this server" button, which would block all images from the server of the selected media.
