Steps to reproduce:
Visit https://www.goblincrafted.com/recommendations/franchise/Indiana_Jones/
Hit Page Down
Actual results:
Because the site sets up multiple scrollbars, nothing happens until users click to set focus.
Expected results:
Either limit scrollbar proliferation, or just allow Page Down.
Posting as an enhancement, because the same problem occurs in other browsers.

And then there are sites like Tumblr where Page Down scrolls the rest of the page instead, regardless where users click , so there is no way to navigate an overflows element.
And gallica.bnf.fr where it's just broken, period, regardless where you click; they may have a custom scrolling solution which breaks scrolling and page down.
