(Bookmark Manager): View > "Set as Personal Toolbar Folder"
We're talking about the same thing each time, right? Shouldn't they have the
same name?
Incidentally, my vote is for "Personal".

Confirmed. This string needs to be changed to "Set as Bookmarks Toolbar Folder"
but I'm not sure what accellerator to use. Pierre?

I thought my english teacher would have told me the correct spelling is
'Bookmark Toolbar' instead of 'Bookmarks Toolbar'...
Bah, anyway.
for the accesskey, B is the simplest one.
