Hitting "tab" when the "More from Mozilla" pane is open skips over the links and buttons in the pane, which is different behaviour from the other panes/tabs in about:preferences.
(n.b. having a screen reader open changes the tab behaviour and allows all the content to be navigated with tab/arrow keys.)

Looked into this a little further with @pdahiya, looks like it was an issue with MacOS system settings. No issues after setting things correctly, and no issues on Windows so I think this is ok to close.
