Steps to reproduce:
I cannot reproduce it.
Actual results:
But yesterdays as i was surfing with Firefox 95.0, when I finished I close Firefox and it informs me that a download was in progress, do I want to quit.
Expected results:
It should have not download anything when I didn't initiate it.

I have Shadow Defender, so I rebooted and reverted my HDD to the saved state.

We're aware that we could do better in this area, and we have a project that is being worked on at the moment to provide warnings in some of these cases. I'm going to dupe it over to the relevant bug.
