1746649 - Pocket Newtab adding some new prefs to configure the layout

We are going to try experimenting with a few more layout changes in Pocket newtab.

We're breaking these changes up into multiple prefs, and not 1 pref for all the changes. This way we can potentially mix and match for multiple experiments.

The changes in question are:

• Reduce image height by 10px. (from 150px to 140px)
• A gradient on the bottom of the image blending it into the card colour.
• A 2 line card title
• A 2 line card description
• Grid component categorization and title changes.
• A smaller grid margin reduced by 5px (25px to 20px)
• Potentially a height based media query, that makes the cards more compact depending on the height available. (less height, more compact cards)

These changes are each pretty small, and are shooting for ff 97 and likely need to be uplifted.
