User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 Galeon/1.2.6 (X11; Linux i686; U;) Gecko/20020827 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020827 This page displays correctly in Netscape. In Mozilla all that is displayed is gibberish -- text, but garbage text. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to <http://www.nomic.net/~nomicwiki/> 2. 3. Actual Results: Gibberish. Expected Results: Not gibberish. I have played with various View > Character Coding options which result in changes in what is displayed but no success in getting correct rendering of the page.
It's a networking issue... Just changing the HTTP version to 1.0 in advanced prefs (Netscape 4 only supports 1.0) makes the site work fine... At a guess, the server is screwing up the chunked encoding, but someone who knows that stuff should look at this.
