Testing CSS Color 5 https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-5/#at-profile with a custom ICC profile. Its simply an sRGB v2 ICC profile but with the chromaticities of the red and green colorants swapped.

So the test is basically that #990000 comes out as #009900 which in decimal 0..1 is 0.6 0 0
