User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:95.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/95.0
Steps to reproduce:
Updated to version 95 from 94.
Actual results:
Firefox Dark mode theme now makes youtube dark, it did not before. However, the add bookmark location dropdown arrow now produces an unreadable list of last used locations because it is black text on nearly black background. The adjacent dropdown arrow brings up the Bookmarks menu with white text on nearly black background.
Expected results:
Readable Text in the submenu.

I was not able to reproduce the issue if upgrading from Firefox 94.0 to latest 104.0.2 on Win10.
Is the issue still reproducible on your side? And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile Thank you.
So, the problem was "corrected" within 1 or 2 updates and became useable.
The Bookmarks Menu arrow when selected is no longer Black text with a black background. It is now Black Text on White Background just like when you are not in Dark Mode. Selecting the arrow to the right of the first arrow shows up as White text with Black Background like the first arrow used to do prior to version 95, it has not changed, but that wasn't an issue in the first place.
So, it is not fixed per se, but it is useable now as I can read the text. It just doesn't behave like it should in Dark Mode.
Have a Great Day! :)

Indeed in Win7 the submenu is white on Dark theme on 106.0a1. Marking issue as new so that developers can have a look. Thank you.

Closing this as the original contrast issue is gone. I believe the white-popup-in-dark-theme issue should be resolved too at this point.
