Steps to reproduce:
I have some tabs pinned. I frequently visit these, clicking the pins.
Actual results:
The quick mouse movement often leads to accidentally dragging pins, changing their order.
Expected results:
There should be an option to lock pins, to avoid re-positioning.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

FWIW, these unintentional tab moves are happening to me on the new laptop (possibly because of a different touchpad which interprets some "pointer moves" as drag operations), and even for non-pinned tabs it can be jarring.
Maybe drags that are too short to be "intentional" could be ignored, say anything under 250ms (or perhaps align with the double-click timing as I think some other UI things do)?
