Composited caret step 1

Paint the caret under an effect node with kWillChangeOpacity
compositing reason to create a dedicated composited layer for the caret.
When blinking the caret, we toggle the opacity between 0 and 0.999,
which won't cause any paint, raster invalidation or compositing update.
