Steps to reproduce:

I installed a Linux Distro with the language "German" and used the preinstalled version of Firefox.

Actual results:

Firefox was set to "English" by default and I had to install the German language by myself. After a Firefox update, it's English again and the German language was uninstalled and Firefox was displayed in English again. I had to install it by myself again.

Expected results:

Firefox should be displayed in the Operating System Language by default because it's hard for non-english people and non-computer literate people to set Firefox to German by themselves all the times.
